Broadband for Black Seniors uses new technology to find Black Seniors currently without digital ID credentials. We connect them to the public & private agencies authorized to provide the tools and training necessary for Digital citizenship. "We help you enjoy the Broadband benefits you've earned!"
WHAT WE DO
Our team is creating a database to identify seniors without internet service, computers, or the basic internet navigation skills necessary to live comfortably. We leverage these numbers to build an economically powerful "Black Senior Commonwealth" OnLine.
HOW WE DO IT
Our team analyzes US Census Bureau reports to identify (by zip code) the seniors without internet service, computers, or basic internet navigation skills. We add these citizens to the list of "eligible/covered" community elders who lost their federal broadband benefits (May-2024) and need those "life earned entitlements" restored. We authenticate and include them (here) in our "Black Senior Commonwealth" OnLine!
